Business Loans

The Northeast Alliance provides business loans to businesses within our 21-town service region in northeast Connecticut. Generally, loans range in size from $5,000 to $50,000, although it is possible to structure larger loans.

The majority of our business clients are small to medium in size, with 50 or fewer employees. We have the risk tolerance to do business with start-ups and many of our applicants have had their loan request denied by banks and/or other financing entities.

We operate a revolving loan fund, manage a 10-town Small Cities Loan Fund, and also have funding available through the USDA which allows us to help structure larger loan packages.

Our rates are competitive, and our turn around time is quite fast. But what sets us apart from other lenders is that we really get to know you and your business. You can count on us for advice and support, to hold your hand every step of the way – from application to closing … and beyond.
